Instructor Training course.

1. Course completion certificate gained
2. Once action plan met after course full instructor status granted
3. Required to teach within a British kitesports recognised school
4. An instructor can teach up to 4 students with 2 kites on the water once registered
5. An instructor can teach intermediate levels, equipment tuning, improve technique, riding up wind, transitions and jumping.

Pre requisites

1. Valid British kite sports membership
2. Shadow teaching x12 hours
3. Riding competency (upwind riding, jumping and back loops)
4. RYA power boat level 2 (we deliver this at KA)
5. Valid first aid certificate (we can deliver this at KA)

This is a 5 day course open to all BKSA members who are of a suitable standard of riding. (upwind riding, jumping and back loops) The course introduces the BKSA teaching scheme and the different stages of learning, it also looks at how to teach, be safe, in control of groups, manage the beach for teaching kitesurfing and much more. Being an instructor is a rewarding job and this course is jammed packed full of info to become the ultimate kitesurfing instructor.
