Stand Up Paddle boarding for beginners

Our instructors are BSUPA trained (British Stand Up Paddle Association).

Step on to the latest craze to hit the water - paddle boarding!

Learn how to stand on a large surfboard and paddle around, you will learn;

1. Inflation and setup
2. Safety 
3. Stance
4. Paddle strokes
5. Turning on the board

Usually we will do this on the sea, but if the conditions are too rough we will go on the river.

Course price includes all equipment, board, paddle, wetsuit, bouyancy aid and leash.

Paddleboarding is great to do with friends and family - teambuilding and stag/ hen parties!

Participants should be confident swimmers.
