    If you are a looking to improve your fitness come and join us for indoor paddle fitness.


    We will look at ways to improve technique and increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Paddlesports are a great way to burn calories and improve overall fitness and health.


    We will be focusing on overall fitness moving into paddle technique - SUP & Kayak. You do not need to have previous experience as these sessions will be off water in our riverside gym. All ages, abilities and fitness levels welcome!
