In just one hour, we will get you up to speed on board safety, assessment of the conditions and location, introduction to the board, paddling techniques and basic turns. Participants should be able to swim 25m and be water confident.

Children under the age of 18 need a parent to sign them in.

1. Wetsuit If you have one
