2 to 1 SUP Intro lesson

Come and join us for a fantastic introduction to the world of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). Our 2 to 1 SUP Intro lesson is perfect for those looking to get into this popular watersport. Located in Marazion, GB, our experienced instructors will teach you how to safely use a board and all the basics of SUPing. In just one hour we'll give you an assessment on conditions and location as well as introduce you to the board without using a paddle so that you can really get a feel for it. We'll then add the paddle into the mix and have you up and riding in no time! By the end of your session, not only will you be having fun but confident enough with paddling on your own.

You can add on an extra hour of hire after the lesson for just £10pp. Use the 'add on' option in the booking form.

Participants should be able to swim 25m and be water confident.

Children under the age of 18 need a parent to sign them in.

1. Wetsuit If you have one
2. Towel / Changing robe
3. Change of clothes
4. Sunscreen
5. Sunglasses and retainer (in case you fall in!)
6. Any medication
7. Re-usable water bottle. No single use plastics please
