Description
Experience the thrill of paddleboarding like never before with Ocean High's 1 to 1 SUP Progression Lesson! This one-hour session will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to take your paddling game to a whole new level. Our experienced instructor will provide tailored advice on how to improve your technique, turning manouvers, rescue techniques and ocean knowledge such as weather, tides and route planning. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced pro, this lesson is guaranteed to take your skills up a notch. Plus, you can add on a discounted hour of hire after the lesson or even book in for an additional mini tour around St Michael's Mount – giving you plenty of time out on the water!
Requirements
What to bring
You will need a towel or changing robe and maybe a change of clothes.
Sunscreen and sunglasses are a good idea in the summer and sunglass retainers in case you fall in......we don't want you losing your sunnies or adding to plastic in the ocean! Re-usable water bottles are encouraged. No single use plastics please.
Buoyancy aids are provided.
