3. Sailing around a triangular course

5. Return to your starting point

Intermediate Windsurfing Course content:

1. 10:00-16:00 each day
2. For people who have completed RYA Start Windsurfing
3. This lesson furthers your skills and knowledge
4. We put you on faster boards with performance sails
5. Introduction to use of the harness
6. Faster tacks and gybes
7. Lands based fast forward simulator sessions
8. Vision, trim, balance, power and stance
