Description

The programme starts with an online consultation to establish your current lifestyle and fitness level and ambitions you seek to achieve.

During the consultation to assess your current movement we go over a gait analyses to highlight your current level of balance and posture. This will determine if areas need to be focussed on during your exercise training.

Requirements

Zoom access and a good camera set up.

What to bring

Wear exercise clothing. Have a yoga mat and view of this with your camera set up.
