Important information
Memberships offer unlimited self-launch and open water swim sessions which are bookable on our website. Sessions run within our operating hours and a safety boat will be on the water for assistance if necessary. Memberships run for 8 months from the date of purchase if you choose the 8-month package. If you would like to opt for the monthly package, this will involve a monthly payment being taken every month until cancelled. Individual memberships include 1 person. Family memberships include 2 adults and 3 children. Opening times: 1st – 24th March Thursday – Monday: 9am – 5pm (water access 9:15am – 4:45pm) Tuesday and Wednesday: Closed 25th March – 14th May Monday – Sunday: 9am – 5pm (water access 9:15am – 4:45pm) Tuesday 9th April: Closed 9am – 12.45pm for staff training 15th May – 13th September Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 9am – 5pm (water access 9:15am – 4:45pm) Wednesday: 7am – 9am Open Water Swimming only, 9am – 8pm (water access 9.15am – 7.45pm) all activities Friday: 9am – 8pm (water access 9.15am – 7.45pm) 14th September – 31st October Thursday – Monday: 9am – 5pm (water access 9:15am – 4:45pm) Tuesday and Wednesday: Closed (except 29th and 30th October) If you wish to cancel your monthly membership, please contact us 2 weeks prior to your direct debit date to allow us time to cancel it before your next payment is taken. Please note that water activity stops on 31st October 2024. If you purchase a membership that expires after 31st October 2024, you will not be entitled to a refund for unused days.
