  • Description

Please note the session duration has allocated time for changing in and out of your water kit (wetsuit/Buoyancy aid), allowing roughly 20 minutes either side for this to happen.

Give dinghy sailing a try in this short taster session. An instructor will take you out in a sailing dinghy and introduce you to the sport. If you are feeling confident you may get the chance to have a go at helming the boat or controlling the main sheet for a short period of time.

An ideal session if you would like to give sailing a try, before committing to a 2 day course.

The minimum age for this session is 8 years old. 8 - 16 year olds must have a responsible adult aged 18+ accompanying them and participating in the session.

Safety is our number one priority. In the event of poor weather conditions (e.g. strong winds or thunder and lightning) or other incidents we reserve the right to restrict water access to particular user groups, restrict the area available for activities, cancel sessions or close the lake. We will endeavour to give advance notice whenever possible; however sometimes decisions need to be made at short notice. If we close the lake, we will add a message to our website and endeavour to contact all customers impacted to offer the opportunity to reschedule their session or receive a refund.
