The RYA (Royal Yachting Association) are part funding this activity session to allow 8-15 year olds to try sailing and other watersport activities! The session will run from 9.30am - 4.30pm and will include half a day sailing and half a day trying one or more of the following: canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, jumbo stand up paddleboard, pedalboarding, windsurfing katakanuing or raft building. Sailing will be included each day, the other activities will depend on the weather conditions and will be confirmed on arrival.

If you attend all 5 days (discounted price of £100), it is highly likely that you will be able to achieve your RYA Youth Stage 1 Sailing qualification. No previous experience is required and everyone is welcome from beginners to experienced activity enthusiasts and everyone in between.

All safety equipment will be provided, activities will be led by qualified instructors and a safety boat is always on standby. They will be getting great exercise, learning new practical skills and life lessons such as how to work as a team.

For young people aged 8 - 15 years

·Swimsuit for under a wetsuit

·Towel

·Wet shoes or old trainers for use in the water and to access to the water’s edge

·Change of clothes/shoes

·Sun hat / Sun cream

·Food and drink

Wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet will be provided.
