    Description

    This birthday party includes a 2 hour activity session with two activities (choose from archery, axe throwing or laser clay), followed by 45 minutes for food served in the Activity centre with a spectacular view of the lake! Please make your activity choice on the next page, by selecting the activities as 'add-ons'.


    The total cost for up to 8 participants (including food) is £220.

    The total cost for up to 16 participants (including food) is £440.

    The cost will automatically update as you add more participants. The cost is not per person.


    16 participants is the maximum for a birthday party booking. For groups larger that 16 participants please contact us about our group activity options. Please note these are the only two pricing options available (e.g. if you have a group of 14 participants, the cost will still be £440).


    Food options are:

    1. Beef burger with chips
    2. Vegan burger with chips
    3. Hot dog with chips



    1. Margherita pizza*
    2. *gluten free margherita pizzas available on request.


    Orange and blackcurrant squash and water are included. Other soft drinks are available to purchase from the Activity centre on the day.


    All birthday parties have a minimum age of 8 years. The minimum age for axe throwing is 10 years old and participants must be able to physically throw an axe at the target safely.


    Archery and Laser Clay:

    8 to 13 years old - Must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18+ either participating or spectating


    14 to 17 years old - Must have a responsible adult aged 18+ on site that is contactable in the case of an emergency


    Axe throwing:

    10 to 13 years old - Must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18+ either participating or spectating


    14 to 17 years old - Must have a responsible adult aged 18+ on site that is contactable in the case of an emergency


    Weather:

    Safety is our number one priority. If weather conditions are poor (e.g. strong winds or thunder and lightning) or other incidents occur, we reserve the right to restrict activity. Advance notice will be given where possible. However, sometimes decisions must be made at short notice. If we close for activities, we will contact all customers impacted to either reschedule or refund.




    What to bring

    Please complete your disclaimer and medical information ahead of your visit – this will be prompted through your online booking. If this information isn’t completed in advance, it can cause delays to you starting your session. This information must be completed for every person participating.


    ·Flat, closed toe footwear for archery and axe throwing

    ·Long sleeved top for archery

    ·Long hair must be tied back for archery and axe throwing

    ·Suncream

    ·Hat – either a warm hat or sunhat depending on the weather

    ·Bottle of water

    ·Waterproof coat

    Itinerary

    1.Make sure you arrive in good time and have signed all relevant disclaimers and medical declarations in advance
