The Surf Maniax Surf Course is the start of the Surfing, Learning Pathway.

The course covers all the Basic aspects of:

1. Surfing
2. Surfing Safely
3. looking after equipment
4. catching waves
5. standing
6. balance
7. fitness
8. dealing with injuries
9. tides, currents
10. types of waves
11. Surfing and the environment
12. and much much more...

Each Session is split into :

1. theory
2. fitness
3. lifestyle
4. surfing.

Each course includes, the Surf Learning Pathway Log Book, , Porthcawl Surf School T-Shirt and all equipment needed.

The course is suitable for children age 7 -16.
