Would you like to belong to a friendly SUP Challenge & Race Team? Look no further, as our team needs you! We run an inclusive, non-selective challenge & race team made up of adults who live anywhere in the UK and with all levels of experience, including those completely new to challenge events and races. The team is led by Anni Ridsdill Smith; one of the UK’s most experienced female SUP athletes who competes both nationally and internationally, a BSUPA Advanced SUP Coach Race and a Team England SUP Paddler. Anni says, “Hi! Get registered here today with a membership subscription and we'll email you a link to download the Team App and gain access the Team web space! Then join on our 1st day of the month 7:30pm Team Planning Zoom calls, access our external events calendar, buy yourself some awesome Shoretees sustainable team togs (you choose your colours) and join online chats in the Team App or corresponding web space, with me and other team members. Discuss challenge and race events in the UK (or overseas) that you are keen to find out more about or enter, access resources such as our downloadable Race Card and Race Plan PDFs. Keep up to date with news about the team, all things SUP racing and be the first to learn about Frangipani SUP coaching, clinic and race training events. Join team mates as we travel around the country taking part in awesome challenge and race events. We look forward to welcoming you!” You will need your own SUP board, be able to paddle it competently and be able to get back on it out of your depth, be able to swim, be able to get yourself and kit to events and be over 18 years old.
