Our Stepback Splash Buoy Turn Clinic with Anni Ridsdill Smith is the perfect opportunity to take your SUP racing skills to the next level. Join her at the beautiful lifeguarded and water-tested Trifarm lake in Boreham, Essex for a clinic focused on mastering these practical race skills that will help you become a more competitive racer!

Come and push yourself that bit further forward, experiment and discover, all within the safe confines of this beautiful swimming lake.

Requirements for this event include being able to swim 25m clothed, be over 18, and have the BSUPA Level 1 Ready to Ride certificate (or equivalent) i.e. be able to paddle competently and get back on your SUP board unaided, out of your depth. You will need to bring along your own SUP board (with 3rd party insurance), paddle, leash, Personal Buoyancy Aid, paddling footwear and get wet paddling clothing such as neoprene, wetsuit/drysuit. You will fall in :) so please dress to protect yourself against cold water shock and wind chill.

We will be outdoors the whole time so please bring plenty of warm dry clothes to wear and change into. Before you leave home, please cover any cuts & grazes with strong waterproof plasters.

Hot drinks, cakes etc. are usually available to purchase in the portacabin office. Porta loo, changing rooms and free parking on site.

£35 per person, with advance bookings and online payments required.

Drop Anni an email at info@frangipanisup.com if you have any questions. Mahalo!
