The most accessible way to get on the water - all levels & ages 11+ we will have you gliding along the water while enjoying the nature around! The 90 minute session includes all equipment & instruction on technique, tidal awareness & safety. Check the online shop for some incredible package deals & get a FREE lesson. For all watersports - Water confidence & the ability to swim 50m unassisted.

For land based activities - ability to stand continuously and conduct moderate activity for extended periods

Paddleboard taster - age 11+

For Watersports Lessons - all watersports equipment and wetsuit/buoyancy aid is provided and included in your lesson cost but bring your own wetsuit if you have it as you know the fit will be perfect. Wetsuit accessories (gloves & boots) are not included and we would recommend considering buying at least some wetsuit boots to get the most out of lessons near the start and end of the season when it is a little colder (mar-apr and oct onwards).
