University Improver Lesson

Special offer university surf club improver lesson. A huge discount off our lesson RRP of £40. All equipment included. Applicable for student surfers at beginner to advanced beginner level, aimed at improving a surfers ability to attain intermediate level.

These lessons will cover;

Basic techniques covered in our beginner lessons and drills to improve them.

Paddle out techniques.

Learning white water turns.

Surfing etiquette.

On smaller days;

Catching unbroken waves.

Trimming.

Learning about more advanced turns.

Basic speed generation.

Please produce your student card on arrival at the lesson.

Able to swim confidently.

Sun cream (fingers crossed!), drinking water, warm clothing for before and after the lesson and swim suit. (NB baggy items tend to be uncomfortable under wet suits).

After a safety brief and warm up, it's time hit the water and show our coaches what you've got. Our coaches will then assess your ability and give you some drills to help improve your surfing. We can also work on skills and techniques you want to improve on or learn. throughout these lessons we will introduce you to surfing etiquette and how to stay safe while in the sea.
