Able to swim confidently and a minimum age of 7.

Sun cream (fingers crossed!), drinking water, warm clothing for before and after the lesson and swim suit. (NB baggy items tend to be uncomfortable under wet suits).

After checking in and getting into a warm UK winter wetsuit, (boots and gloves, if it's winter), our expert surf coaches will check your beach, surf and water safety knowledge. You will also receive a thorough safety brief, applicable to the beach and conditions on the day.

After a comprehensive warm up, it's out into the waves, where our coaches will assess your surfing, giving you drills and techniques to help you progress.

During the lesson our instructors are also in hand to answer any questions and help out with any part of your surfing you are struggling with.

After the lesson we can also give you plenty of exercises too take away, to help you continue improving and (keep skills sharp, between surf.
