Climb steep ground & exposed ridge - Cnoc na Peiste.

Please note this hike is not suitable for beginners, it is a strenuous hike with exposed sections.

good boots with ankle support are needed.

Participants should be able to hike for several hours. A good level of fitness is required.

This is a strenuous hike.

- Waterproof walking boots with good ankle support

- Waterproof Jacket & trousers (The irish weather can be very unpredictable!)

- Comfortable clothes to walk in (No Jeans)

- Warm layer

- Lunch & Snacks

- 1.5-2lts of water

- Comfortable rucksack

- Any medication needed e.g. Inhaler
