Meeting at Cronins Yard at 0900 we will take on Carrauntoohil via Brother O'Sheas Gully.

Please note this is a strenuous hike & not suitable for beginners. Good boots with ankle support.

This hike will take up to 7-8hrs.

Participants should be able to hike for several hours. A good level of fitness is required.

- Waterproof walking boots with good ankle support

- Waterproof Jacket & trousers (The irish weather can be very unpredictable!)

- Comfortable clothes to walk in (No Jeans)

- Warm layer

- Lunch & Snacks

- 1.5-2lts of water

- Comfortable rucksack

- Any medication needed e.g. Inhaler
