We meet at the picturesque village hall in Ellingham, Northumberland - this is not just any village hall, the newly refurbished hall has floor to ceiling views over the pretty cow fields of this small Northumbrian village. Our programme begins with a dynamic Pilates session led by LYB longevity’s Libby. Designed to build strength and balance, this unique workout is suitable for all fitness levels and will seamlessly prepare you for the next adventure.
After the invigorating Pilates session, relish a healthy, mouthwatering dinner that's locally-sourced, packed with vital nutrients, delivering a holistic experience for your body and soul.
Post-dinner, gear up for the exciting surf lesson. Whether you're a seasoned surfer or an absolute beginner, our qualified instructors will tailor the experience to suit your skill level, ensuring a safe and thrilling ride on the Northumberland waves.
As the day winds down, prepare to immerse yourself in a breathtaking view as you surf against the backdrop of the setting sun in Northumberland. This balanced blend of invigorating exercise, fun-filled surfing, and serene surroundings is the perfect way to have a wholesome Saturday evening.
After the surf session enjoy the sunset with a glass of bubbly or soft drink and a sweet treat. The event, spanning approximately 6.5 hours, promises an intoxicating mix of stimulation and relaxation. 3.30pm - meet at Ellingham Village Hall
4pm - Pilates with Libby
5-6pm - Healthy and nutritious dinner
6-7pm - Make your way to the beach and getting ready for our surf session
7-9pm - Surf lesson at either Bamburgh, Seahouses or Beadnell (whichever has the best surf conditions on the day - all a 15 minute drive from the hall)
