Once you’ve had a quick introduction to the equipment and after a short safety briefing we will get to grips with how to control the board whilst kneeling. For Supping you will want to wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet Gym or Sportswear is great. Please have footwear that will stay on your feet if you end up in the water. If you have a wet suit you may want to bring this with you.
