Family Adventure Day

At DC Outdoors we understand that your time is precious and you need to make the most of your time and money. As a result, our Family Adventure Days are a great and affordable way to make these times special and to create treasured memories that will long outlast the day itself. Our Family Adventure Days take place in the beautiful Peak District. You can decide on a single all day activity, and if that’s too difficult, you could opt for an activity in the morning and another in the afternoon. Again, your Family Adventure Day is a bespoke experience. You can choose from: Climbing, Abseiling, Weaselling, Stand up Paddleboarding(SUP), Canoeing, Kayaking, Hillwalking, Orienteering, Stream Scrambling.

For rock activities you will need long trousers and long sleeves. Please use old clothing as the rock can be abrasive. Trainers or boots are fine. If wearing trainers please ensure your socks cover you ankles. For Watersports, sports clothing you don’t mind get wet and footwear that will stay on your feet if you should end up swimming.
