Description
Beginner to Advanced paddle boarding lessons.
Whether you're new to the sport or own your own paddle board, these hour and half sessions are suitable for everyone.
For those of you looking for a beginner session, our team will safely run through all the basics, from paddling on your knees to standing up for the first time. We will also cover forward paddling, turning and how to safely fall off your board and get back on.
If you're new to the sport and have recently bought a new board, we can also teach you how to set it up safely and correctly during one of our sessions.
For those of you looking to improve your paddling technique, to paddle at a faster pace or go on longer journeys, we can offer a more advanced session. Perhaps it's also time to learn how to step-back-turn, or push yourselves in other ways?
All paddle board and safety equipment can be provided and is included in the price, but please feel free to bring your own gear to the lesson. We can provide you with: paddle board, paddle, quick release belt + leash, buoyancy aid, waterproof jacket and neoprene leggings.

- Arrive - 15mins before the session start time, to kit up and pump up your board.
- Meet the instructor - discuss with the instructor your past experience and what you would like to gain from the session.
- Go Paddling!
- Debrief - discuss with your instructor what you've learnt during the lesson and what you can do next.
