Wednesday Mixed Evening Club 22.01

We will meet at 5 pm for launching at 5.30 pm (let me know if you maybe late) at Tonbridge .

These paddles are suitable for all but you must have had a river lesson before , just think safety , river etiquette , group paddles etiquette and general equipment advise .bring lights and dress warm . Bring some hot drinks in flask .

able to swim and paddle for 2 hours at slow pace with breaks
