Join Ana and Camilla for half day of paddle boarding and wild swimming – the perfect combination to full mindfulness and relaxation 🧘♀️
We’ll meet up at The Private Lake in Southborough.. We will launch our boards from here, and Ana will go through some key paddle boarding skills. This is a great opportunity for those new to the sport, and it will also serve as a useful ‘refresher’ for those who perhaps haven’t been out of the water for a while.
We will pump up and launch on the lake for small trip followed by some skills and drills .
Camilla will take over after the hour for a lesson in wild swimming ,
She wants everyone to love the open water as much as she does and will ensure a safe, fun session in the water.
We will have a safety briefing, a dynamic risk assessment and enjoy some time in the water for a mindful swim, she will be on hand to offer tips on technique or support you if it’s your first open water swim. (Please be in good physical health and be able to swim 100m in a pool environment).
