Join Ana and Daniela for a day of yoga and paddle boarding – the perfect combination to full mindfulness and relaxation 🧘♀️
31st August 2024 1 pm - 4 pm
We will meet up at Honnington Lake in Southborough near Tunbridge Wells.
Daniela will invite you to her yoga practice for an hour or so followed by snacks and tea .
Practicing yoga for over a decade, Daniela, now, a dedicated yoga teacher for three years, has built a vibrant community in her UK hometown. With 330 hours of training in Hatha, Yin, and Hot Yoga, Daniela offers inclusive classes and free sessions, making yoga accessible to all. Her passion for sharing yoga's transformative power extends to day retreats and international getaways, where she fosters connections and self-discovery. For Daniela, teaching yoga isn't just a job – it's a joy. Her classes reflect her warmth and enthusiasm, inviting students on their own journey of wellness.
After snacks , we will launch our boards on the lake, and Ana will go through some key paddle boarding skills. This is a great opportunity for those new to the sport, and it will also serve as a useful ‘refresher’ for those who perhaps haven’t been out of the water for a while.

What to bring
• Comfy clothes – leggings and layers are perfect
• A yoga mat and blanket (we will have spares, and extra props such as yoga blocks – but if you have your own yoga equipment which you like to use, please bring it).
