    Join Chloe and I on an afternoon of calmness on river of stretching and breathwork workshop .

    14th July 2024 17.00 - 20.00 pm

    We will meet at Tonbridge for few hours of paddling , 20 min of stretching and 10 min breathwork as well as a talk on confidence as a women in a world of so many beauty standards, pressures & toxic diet culture. We will discuss how to overcome these so you can have a happier, more fulfilling life.

    (you can hire a board if you haven't got one please buy an add on )

    Light refreshments , tea and coffee will be provided .

    Hey I’m Chloe & I am going to be giving you a full body relaxing stretch after our paddle with Ana.

    I'm a body positive Life, nutrition coach and Personal Trainer based in Kent, England. I have my own online coaching app and have coached over 400 women in the last 8 Years to get off fad diets, find body confidence and food freedom.

    When I was 16 I went on a diet which quickly spiralled into anorexia, which I suffered from very badly - I was taken out of school and in and out of The Priory. I was in such a dark place and was suicidal, alone, depressed- I couldn’t see a way out. After 4 years I found a therapist, and I decided that now is the time to put my ALL into recovery.

    Over the next six years, I battled and finally recovered from anorexia. In that time I was also a highly successful fashion model - I did NYC and London fashion weeks, did commercial campaigns and travelled the world for 6 years - was signed to agencies in NYC, London and Milan. It was great but I was very skinny and not healthy. After quitting the modelling industry i became a PT and a nutrition coach myself. After coaching women for about 5 years, I also decided to become a basic counsellor and Life Coach.

    I’ve now coached 100’s of women over the last 8 years, and I absolutely LOVE what I do. Since then, I have completely turned my life around and I'm a lot healthier and happier. Through my own journey, education and experience of eating disorders and working in the health and fitness industry for so long I want to help more women of all ages and backgrounds.
