Welcome to one of the ultimate SUP tours on the planet!

Important! Please only book this expedition if you are capable of the following:

1. Have a good solid paddle technique.
2. Can paddle 15 Km standing up.
3. Can control an SUP effectively in varying weather conditions and perform self-rescue.*
4. Are able to effectively Knee-paddle (not sitting) against a headwind for at least 2 hours.
5. Can swim 100 meters in open water.
6. * This means being able to handle choppy conditions, right a capsized loaded SUP, get back on it, retrieve your paddle and continue paddling without assistance.
