This is a practical course; packed with suggestions and solutions to keeping safe on the water. It doesn’t matter about your age or whether you have limited SUP experience, this course supports your knowledge and raises your awareness of your personal safety.

It takes around 4 hours and will cover 4 modules:

Environment and Weather

Planning

Safety on the Water

There will be opportunities to develop and progress your rescue skills .

You do not need your own equipment to attend this is included within the course fee. The course is open to anyone of any age. We recommend that participants are of sufficient strength to paddle the board unaided - really young participants may struggle.
