Family 1st in conjunction with Bromley HAF are offering FREE Holiday Activity and Food programme for young people who get benefit-related free school meals or in Bromley as refugee. The programme is funded by the department of Education. The Club will feature fun physical and enrichment activities, as well as nutrition education each day. Plus, each child will receive a tasty, hot, tasty, nutritious lunch and learn about the benefits of healthy eating. Step into a world of creativity, learning, fun, and scrumptious food with Family 1st Bromley HAF Spring Programme. Guaranteed to keep young minds engaged, this mixed activity program is brimming with an array of exciting activities including arts & crafts, reading sessions, balloon/flower art, cooking sessions, outdoor games, construction, sports, and even a captivating science workshop. Family 1st prides itself on creating a supportive and dynamic environment that enables young learners to explore their passions, learn new skills and forge new friendships. Situated in the scenic and accessible location of Mottingham Methodist Church, the program is designed to run for approximately 4 hours per day, assuring a perfect blend of fun and learning without overwhelming the kids. One of the standout features of the spring programme is its commitment towards promoting a healthy diet among kids. Every child will receive a hot, nutritious lunch every day as part of their participation, complete with an interactive nutrition education session shedding light on the importance of a balanced diet. What to bring
Lunch will be provided, please bring a water bottle.
Clothing - Children will take part in outdoor activities every day so please ensure they wear suitable clothing i.e. trainers, sun hat....
Valuables - valuables should be left at home as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Nut-free - due to children with serious allergies, we are sesame seed and nut free.
