    This group is held at Harlow Town Park Learning Centre and for a range of SEND needs.




    1. Please note, if this is your first time booking we will require information on your child's needs first by email to support@rootstowellbeing.org and a discussion with our team lead - Tara Whittle so we can best meet your child;s needs.




    We have a small group size and range of activities, our service lead is an Occupational Therapist and our team have a range of skills. We use play, sensory activities, games and access to nature / range of physical activities and project based learning.




    Your child will be offered a hot meal, snacks and a range of finger foods . We understand many children have food preferences and might prefer a packed lunch.


    We may go into the park in small groups depending on weather, group and individual needs/ 'flight risk'

    SEND needs that may include communication and interaction needs, physical, emotional, sensory


    What to bring

    Weather appropriate clothing, marked coats (name on if possible)


    Itinerary

    We plan a mixture of activities with emphasis on play, creativity and games as well as sensory dampening and stimulating activities depending on your child's needs and preferences
