Hampton Court Palace SUP Trip
Join us on Englands most iconic river where we paddle past Hampton Court Palace and stop for a photoshoot and picnic snack break.
River Thames | 4 Mile Paddle
Who is this trip for?
Paddling down river, passing through Hampton Court Bridge, then past the palace itself. Over to a river beach for a break (and snacks)!! There will be plenty of photo opportunities and we encourage you to bring a picnic if the weather plays ball.
Once rested and recharged, we will embard on a mini adventure around Thames Ditton Island, then back towards our starting point. This route is surrounded by historic landmarks, combined with wildlife and a tranquil atmosphere. A paddleboarding trip not to be missed.
Who is this Trip For?
This is for Beginner to intermediates. Starting with an on land briefing, followed by a short refresher lesson to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident on their board. The Thames is a busy river and we will need to Portage (carry board over a lock/weir) You must be comfortable paddling in this type of environment to be able to join.

FAQ’S
🩹 The quality of our local waterways is something to always be aware of and it’s important to do your own research regarding this. When paddle boarding with us we ask that you cover up any minor cuts and abrasions, and to wash once you are home if you fall/swim in the river, this is to reduce the risk of disease such as weil's disease. Paddle Up strongly recommends not to participate in paddling if I have any open wounds, and instead to reschedule.
