This 1hr Improvers Coaching session from Paddle SUP Company Ltd is the perfect way to take your Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) skills to the next level!
Our experienced and certified coaches will provide personalized instruction, coaching and guidance to help you learn new techniques, and perfect your existing ones.
Some of the potential areas to focus on are:
Efficient Forward Paddling
Gaining Speed or Straight Lines
Effective Turning
Improving balance and moving feet.
Rescue Skills
Planning your own paddles
Confidence Building
However, these sessions are bespoke and can be tailored to your needs either as an individual or small private group, please do let us know if there is something else that you would like to cover as well.

Pricing includes full equipment hire and your canal licence for the Basingstoke Canal. You are welcome to use your own equipment, but please ensure that you are on site at least 30 minutes in advance to enable you to have your board fully inflated and ready to go for the start of the session. If you wish for coaching on any other body of water, you will need a licence - we recommend the British Canoeing On the Water Membership which will give you a canals and rivertrust licence as part of the benefits.
