This lesson is suitable for those who have experience paddleboarding and are confident in standing, self-rescuing and basic controls, but would like to improve their ability to move around the board, paddle in straighter lines, gain more power and speed from each stroke or add more paddle manouvers to their toolkit to enable them to tackle more challenging environments with confidence.

There is potential to move location to another environment such as Thames, Hayling Island Beach or Langstone Harbour, but this is on application due to weather and tide constraints.
