Park and Paddle

This session is perfect for those who want to come along and paddle on the loch without any coaching.

Ideal for those with some experience who want to use the loch to practice skills or just get out on the water with friends or family.

There is no coaching provided with this session and you need to be able to look after yourself on the water; as such it is not recommended for beginners so check out our coached sessions.

**Swimming is not included as part of Park and Play for safety reasons.**

1. some experience is necessary - check out our coached sessions if you are a beginner
2. you are required to wear a buoyancy aid during these sessions - if we have some available you can use ours for free but we often have sessions going on at the same time so isn't always possible

1. old trainers or water shoes

1. towel and clothes for after
2. swimming costume for under wetsuit - we advise arriving already wearing this as it makes changing easier
