    Dovercourt Boating Lake (operated by Clacton Kayaks) are working with Essex ActivAte and Essex County Council to be offering funded Easter active sessions from 09:00 to 13:00


    These sessions will take place at Dovercourt Boating Lake, Lower Marine Parade, Harwich, CO12 3ST.


    This booking link for the Holiday Club funded spaces is for Children aged 12 - 14yrs in High School who are in receipt of benefits based free school meals ONLY. If your child is in primary school you will need to use the link sent directly from your child's school which includes your HAF voucher. 


    We also have some places for families on low incomes and other family groups who may benefit from attending, please contact us to confirm.


    We have activity coordinators at hand keeping the children fully entertained throughout the day, our workshops are designed for children of all abilities. Every child will get the chance to develop and improve on day to day life skills as well as building confidence and self-esteem.


    Each session is led by our fully qualified Activity Professionals, who ensure that your children are safe, having fun, and learning new skills. It is our goal to support, lead, and inspire children.


    Every child attending will receive a hot meal that meets the healthy eating standards provided for school, drinks and snacks, a menu will be sent to you in your booking confirmation. If you would prefer them to bring their own lunch, this is fine.

    Arts and Crafts

    Multi-Sports

    Pedalos

    Model Boat Racing

    Environmental Learning/Beach Clean

    Crabbing/Fishing


    Please ensure that the children bring everything they need for the activities including suncream and a hat if the weather forecast looks good, sports clothing and old trainers are recommended and a change of clothing, towel + raincoat.



    You MUST also fill in every question required sent to you in your question pack to ensure child’s place otherwise, we are unable to get the funding for your child.
