Learn what species are edible, how to harvest them, their medicinal properties and how to prepare them for eating. Pull in pots, hunt out razors clams and scour the shoreline for all of the wild edibles on offer from nature before settling at our sweet seaside spot for a heart warming soup with wild ingredients to end the day with.
