Paddle Explore 6 coached sessions

We run coached paddling sessions for people who would like to progress through the Paddle UK Personal Performance Awards. These generally take the form of a supervised group paddle either upstream to the bridge or downstream towards Elsing Mill.

Coaching towards Explore (for improvers) awards will be given during these trips.

This is a set of 6 coached sessions aimed at paddlers looking to improve their paddling technique.

The sessions will run each Thursday from 8th May 2025.

The awards are now the same for both adults and children but we may run a separate group for under 14’s if we have sufficient attendees.

A boat and all the necessary kit is included. Come prepared to get wet and have fun!
