Description
Welcome to the Multi Activity Course at Salford Watersports Centre, aimed at youths from 8 to 16 years old. This program is filled with a variety of watersports and activities that are both fun and engaging.
Over five days (3hr sessions), participants will be introduced to a selection of watersports activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and raft building. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, attendees will learn new skills, gain confidence, and enjoy the excitement of being on the water.
The course also includes a focus on water safety and lifesaving skills. In a dedicated session, participants will learn important safety techniques and protocols to keep them safe in and around water, covering everything from rescue procedures to essential water safety rescues.
Spaces are limited, so book your place now. All necessary equipment and personal protective gear, including wetsuits, are provided.
This course runs Monday to Friday either:
- 09:30 - 12:30
- 13:00 - 16:00

Cancellation Policy:
Strict 5 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 5 days of the course/session starting then there will be no refunds or transfers.
Illness/medical cancellations - If you can provide a medical note from a GP - we will refund up to 50% of the course provided that the course hasn't started. Once the course/session has started then there will be no refunds.
Requirements
What to bring
For your visit, we will supply a wetsuit, Buoyancy Aid, and all necessary safety gear. Please ensure you bring the following items:
- Swimwear to wear beneath your wetsuit
- A towel
- A bag for carrying wet clothes post-activity
- A drink and/or snack to stay hydrated and energized
- Footwear suitable for getting wet (such as wet shoes or old sneakers; please avoid open-toe footwear like sliders or flip-flops)
Remember, footwear appropriate for water is a requirement (wet shoes or old trainers are ideal; open-toe shoes are not permitted).
