Description

🏊 What’s it all about?

Perfect for young water lovers, the Rookie Lifeguard course introduces key lifesaving skills in a fun and engaging way. Designed for 8–12 year olds, this course builds water confidence and teaches participants how to look after themselves and others in and around water.

While the course materials are aimed at ages 8–12, older children are welcome to join - our instructors will adapt the sessions to suit everyone taking part. It’s a great mix of games, skills, and teamwork and a brilliant stepping stone towards future lifeguard training.
