    Our Ringo rides at Salford Wake Park are super fun and give you the chance to tear up and down Salford Quays reaching speeds up to 30mph on a big inflatable, feeling every bump and splash along the way!

    You can bring up to 6 people on this session.




    Requirements
    1. Minimum age is 8
    What to bring
    1. T-shirt / Shorts / Clothes you don't mind getting wet
    2. Hire a wetsuit for £4 (optional)
    3. Towel
    4. Plastic bag to carry your wet kit

Did the stand up paddle boarding taster. Had a great time. Everyone was really helpful and gave me plenty of tips and I even managed to stand up on my first session.

I did the introduction to open water swimming session here and it was fantastic. The facilities are excellent and our instructor, Lucy, was kind, open, and highly informed. She put me right at ease - I'll be back!
