Cold Water Swimming at Salford Quays
Join us for a cold water swim at Dock 8, Salford Quays!
We swim every Sunday morning from 10:00 - 11:30 throughout the winter season. There's a 300m marked loop to follow, and after your swim, we'll warm you up with a hot drink and snack!
New to cold water swimming? We offer Intro to Cold Water Sessions and 1-2-1 coaching.
