Salford Watersports Centre

Brilliant Moonlight Paddle! A small group, a well planned route and well led. Interesting to do an urban paddle in the dark but the familiar sights and lights of the Quays reflecting in the water were delightful. Would recommend.

This is a great local resource I come here swimming sometimes on a Sunday. The booking is simple, the facilities are good, great changing rooms and warm showers and the staff very friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty decent too.

A few years back I used to bring my kids here for various activities in the holidays and they hosted a number of water sport birthday parties too.

Dock 8 open water swimming is amazing. Beautiful city views, clean water and gorgeous wildlife. The actual  centre building is kept very clean by hard working staff.

The Lifeguards are really friendly and helpful, so too are the other swimmers.
