SUP Stratford are now hosting yoga sessions on the tranquil River Avon.
There is something for everyone in these classes with lots of variations to help support what feels right for your body. Through combining SUP and yoga it is fantastic for improving balance, coordination and building strength.

All participants must sign a disclaimer before partaking in the activity.
What to bring
Spare clothes - including waterproof jackets

Old trainers

Arrive 10 minutes before the session starts
Ensure all valuables are stored at home or in the car. We have dry bags.
