Description
✨ Guildford | Morning SUP trip ✨
THIS SATURDAY 2 SPACES LEFT - FOR THISE WITH OWN SUP ONLY!
Join us for a paddle on one of the oldest river navigations in the country; the picturesque River Wey.
River Wey | 4 mile paddle
Passing through meadows, and an old shipyard, then on into Guildford Town Centre where we will stop for a break (and snacks)!! There will be plenty of photo opportunities and we encourage you to bring a picnic if the weather plays ball. Once rested and recharged, we will embark on our return journey paddling down the river allowing the flow of the river to help take us back. This route is surrounded by urban buildings and bridges, combined with wildlife and picturesque countryside. A paddle boarding journey not to be missed.

“Our river trips are designed as an opportunity to retreat from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. With small group sizes and an emphasis on having fun outdoors, our trips are all about the journey, not the destination. You set the pace".
🩹 The quality of our local waterways is something to always be aware of and it’s important to do your own research regarding this. When paddle boarding with us we ask that you cover up any minor cuts and abrasions, and to wash once you are home if you fall/swim in the river, this is to reduce the risk of disease such as weil's disease. Paddle Up strongly recommends not to participate in paddling if I have any open wounds, and instead to reschedule. Read our FAQ's here.
