OUR ADVICE ON WETSUIT / SKIN SWIMMING
May: Compulsory full wetsuit and swim hat (not provided)
June: Wetsuit highly advised - Skin swim ONLY if you are used to it
July - August - September: Usually suitable for skin swimmers if you are used to it
What to bring
-Wetsuit, googles,... what ever you need to be comfortable in the water for 1 to 1.5hour
-All equipment is to be suitable for a swim at this time of year
-If you wish to swim without a wetsuit this is ok by us, as long as you are used to it, for the duration of the swim
-Bear in mind this is a leisurely and exploratory swim: at times we'll be swimming in and around rocks and as such, we always would recommend a wetsuit for your comfort and safety as well as keeping warm for 1.5hr in the sea.
-Warm clothing for post swim.
