A 1 hour SUP session will introduce you to all the kit and teach you all you need to know about safely getting out on the water.

Starting with some info on kit and safe spots to SUP around us, we then head out onto the water to try get you paddling with the aim of standing up and turning.

Should be water confident / able to swim 50m unaided

1. Swimwear to wear under a wetsuit
2. Enthusiasm & a towel

Arrive 15mins early, the instructor will be there ready to chat with you through where you're at and what you want to get out of the session. From there you'll be ready to start the session!
