Lessons run from April to September.We offer beginner paddle board, windsurfing and sailing lessons at Arnside at low tide and improver sailing sessions at high tide. The lessons are suitable for adults and children 8 years old upwards. We run 2 day adult / family sailing courses and 4 day cadet sailing courses at Killington near Sedbergh.Prices vary from £30 for a 2 to 3 hour paddle board lesson to £140 for a weekend sailing course at Killington.
