Join us for an exhilarating session of intermediate surf coaching designed exclusively for women! Immerse yourself in the empowering and supportive atmosphere as our experienced instructors guide you through the waves.
We have 3 progressive sessions available that are 4 hours each.
Whether you're looking to enhance your existing skills or conquer new challenges, our women's-only surf coaching day provides a unique and encouraging space to develop fundamental and technical surf skills while fostering camaraderie and confidence.
Tailored to intermediate surfers, the day will include personalised coaching, tips on technique refinement, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded women who share a passion for the ocean. Embrace the thrill of shredding waves in a supportive environment that celebrates the strength and power of women in the surf. Come join us for a session of surf, stoke and sisterhood!
Surf level-
*low intermediate starting to ride green waves
*intermediate- progression with manoeuvres
The 3 sessions cover:
- Pre-pop up, finding the peak, paddling out, duck dive/ turtle roll paddle and glide technique, choosing your line
- Surfing down the line, walk up to pop, forward momentum, form and efficiency on the wave for speed, power and flow, wipeouts
- Turning, understanding when and where for manoeuvres, speed generation, twisting, on rail surfing
Please Note: The cost for a group sessions is £80 per person per session

Please bring your own wetsuit and surfboard – we do have wetsuits that you can borrow and you can try out some different boards with us if you like, which is included in the price.
What to bring
Itinerary
Arrive at park, walk along to our caravan, you’ll get directions in an email from your coach.
We’ll start with hot drinks and welcoming in our special space and some nice embodiment practices to start warming up our mind and bodies.
Then surf…
The 3 sessions cover:
- Pre-pop up, finding the peak, paddling out, duck dive/ turtle roll paddle and glide technique, choosing your line
- Surfing down the line, walk up to pop, forward momentum, form and efficiency on the wave for speed, power and flow, wipeouts
- Turning, understanding when and where for manoeuvres, speed generation, twisting, on rail surfing
We’ll get back to the caravan for drinks (we can provide) and snacks (please bring some with you) to analyse our footage and discuss progression, physical health and mindset.
We’ll then close with a plan for our surfing journey.
